Please note that all applicants over the age of 18 must complete the application process. We’re proud to offer a straightforward leasing experience with no security deposit and no hidden fees. Once your application is approved, last month’s rent is due within 24 hours to secure your apartment.

While tours at Ocean Point are available by appointment, our main leasing office located in Stoneham, MA is open Monday through Friday from 9am–4pm and assists with leasing and resident inquiries for this community.
Ocean Point features 76 apartment homes, most with private balconies and ocean or city views.
Hot water, water, sewer, and trash removal are included. Residents are responsible for electricity.
Yes. Each apartment includes one storage unit located on the same floor level.
Yes. Laundry facilities are CSC-operated and accept coin, card, or app-based payments, with a laundry room located on each floor.
Amenities include a seasonal pool, BBQ area, elevator access, a lobby and package area, and Amazon package lockers.
Yes. Free, unassigned outdoor parking is available. One-bedroom apartments may receive up to two spaces, and two-bedroom apartments may receive up to three spaces for licensed drivers.
No, pets are not permitted at Ocean Point Apartments.
Xfinity provides high-speed internet and cable services to the community, offering reliable connectivity for streaming, working from home, gaming and everyday browsing needs.
Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
Residents can conveniently pay rent online through the resident portal.
Three nearby Blue Line stations—Beachmont, Revere Beach, and Wonderland—along with multiple bus routes provide convenient regional access.
